ADHD coaching for adults and late-diagnosed ADHD women, including trans and non-binary people, who are tired of being overwhelmed, misunderstood, frustrated and worn out.
Debbie is a warm and compassionate individual, adopting a person-centred coaching style to encourage personal growth by empowering her clients to reach their own solutions through self-reflection. Her support and encouragement were fundamental to me ‘waiting well’ for my assessment and re-framing my perception of self, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance.
Hi, I’m Debbie (she/her). As a late-diagnosed ADHD woman, ADHD coach for adults, and mum to two neurodivergent adult children, I understand how emotional, confusing and sometimes isolating the ADHD journey can feel.
I also bring over 30 years’ experience working in health and social care, including as a Mental Health Social Worker and senior leader in the NHS. My approach is warm, compassionate, strengths-based and practical. As an ADHD coach in Nottingham, I offer face-to-face ADHD coaching locally, as well as online ADHD coaching in the UK and internationally, to help adults understand their ADHD and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful and fulfilling.
My coaching isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about helping you understand yourself with compassion, recognise your strengths, and build a life that works with your ADHD – not against it.
