Adult ADHD coaching

Adult ADHD coaching is a supportive, practical space to understand how ADHD shows up in your life and begin finding strategies that work with your ADHD brain, not against it.

You might be capable, intelligent and trying your hardest – and still feel stuck. As an ADHD coach for adults, through my coaching packages I can help you make sense of what is getting in the way, move away from self-blame, and develop practical strategies that fit your brain, your responsibilities and your real life.

What is adult ADHD coaching?

You’re capable, intelligent and trying your hardest – and still feel stuck.

Adult ADHD coaching focuses on understanding your ADHD, developing practical strategies for daily life, and recognising your strengths. By working in partnership, we can shift the focus from problems to possibilities. I support you to create a more fulfilling, meaningful and balanced life where you feel more confident, compassionate and in control.

My ADHD coaching can help you make sense of what’s getting in the way and move from insight to action – with practical strategies, supportive accountability and clear next steps that fit how your brain works.

Who can adult ADHD coaching help?

My ADHD coaching is for adults who want to understand themselves better, move away from self-blame, and develop practical strategies that work with their ADHD brain – not against it.

I specialise in adult ADHD coaching, with a particular focus on late-diagnosed ADHD women, including trans and non-binary people, late-diagnosed adults, and adults exploring or adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis later in life. Coaching offers a warm, inclusive and non-judgemental space to understand your experiences, build self-trust, recognise your strengths and develop ways forward that are realistic, compassionate and practical.

Insight. Clarity. Focus.

What ADHD coaching for adults can support you with

Getting Started

You know what you want or need to do, but starting can feel surprisingly hard – even when the task matters.

Following Through

You begin with good intentions, but lose momentum, get pulled off course, or struggle to finish what you started.

Focus, Time, & Priorities

Your attention, schedule, and priorities can feel hard to manage – especially when everything seems urgent, interesting, important, or overdue.

Planning, Organising, & Decisions

Ideas, tasks, responsibilities, and possibilities pile up, making it hard to create a clear plan or choose the next right step.

Overwhelm, Burnout, & Energy

You may feel overloaded, depleted, or tired of pushing yourself with strategies that do not seem to stick.

Emotions, Self-Trust, & Confidence

Frustration, rejection sensitivity, self-criticism, or past disappointments can make it harder to recover and keep moving.

Relationships & Communication

You want clearer boundaries, stronger communication, and more ease in your personal or professional relationships.

Meaning, Purpose, & Fulfilment

You want to move toward what matters – not just keep up, avoid consequences, or live in constant catch-up mode.
